DIRECTIONS TO:

SWINGING BRIDGE LAKE

                                                                                                                                                         
 1.     New York State Thruway upstate to exit 16  (Rt 17 Harriman)

 2.      Take Rt 17 (Quickway) west for 46 miles to exit 104  - Rt 17B

 3.      Keep left for 17B West

 4.      Follow 17B past the Raceway for 3½  miles.  Watch for Swinging Bridge Sign on your right.
   (Tetz Quarry on left)

 5.      Take the next left which is Kitz Road.
   (If you come to the Mobil station, turn around and take the first right   then right again)

 6.      Left on to Starlight Road

 7.   Continue to Swinging Bridge Marinas

FROM SUSSEX COUNTY

  1.      Take Rt 206 North to milepost 129 in Montague 

  2.      Just before the Milford Toll Bridge (overhead sign) bear right onto Sussex 521 

  3.      Follow 521 for 7½  miles to the traffic light 

  4.      Turn left over bridge and stay on this road through 2 lights 

  5.      After the 2^nd light watch for signs for Rts 97 and 42 and bear right up the hill 

  6.      After a few miles watch for a right turn to Rt 42 - Monticello 

  7.      Follow 42 for 11 miles to the Forestburg blinker light and turn left (Forestburg Rd.) 

  8.      Go 7/10 mile down the hill and turn right toward Sackett Lake (county 44) 

  9.      Go 1 mile and turn left on Plank Road (2^nd left, pond on your left)

 10. Follow Plank Road for 4 miles until you come to the lake (Plank becomes Starlight)

 11. At the end of Starlight turn left onto Mongaup Rd

 12. Continue to marinas and lake.
